Our story began in the summer of 2019 at Canoe Creek Christian Church’s Vacation Bible School. We were both volunteering that week—completely unaware of all that was ahead of us. As we got to know each other, we discovered we had so many mutual friends and had crossed paths multiple times… yet somehow, we’d never really met. It felt like God had been saving that moment for just the right time.

What started as a genuine friendship quickly grew into something more. We celebrated birthdays together, traveled to football games, and planned trips that became core memories. Whether it was a spontaneous beach day or just grabbing Chick-fil-A and talking in the car, being together always felt like home.

Over the years, we’ve experienced so much together—seasons full of joy and others that stretched us and helped us grow. We’ve navigated career changes, supported each other through hard days, and lived through a pandemic that taught us the value of patience, grace, and just how much we mean to each other.

A big milestone in our journey came in August 2023, when we bought our first home. It was a huge step and such a proud moment. We didn’t just move in—we rolled up our sleeves and dove into renovations, doing much of the work ourselves. From painting every. single. wall. to learning how to fix things we’d never fixed before, we poured our hearts (and a lot of elbow grease) into making it ours. That house quickly became our safe place filled with laughter, hard work, late-night takeout, and dreams for the future.

Then, on October 19, 2024, Noah got down on one knee and asked me to spend forever with him. It was a moment filled with happy tears, shaky hands, and the kind of joy that words can’t fully capture. Of course, I said yes.

Now we’re here—excitedly counting down to December 13, 2025—when we’ll finally become husband and wife.

This season of engagement has been such a sweet reminder of the love and support we’ve felt from so many of you. Whether you’ve known us since the beginning or joined us somewhere along the way, your encouragement, prayers, and friendship have meant the world to us.
